Writing a letter to make a complaint.

 To whom it may concern:

I am writing this letter to complain regarding the poor service of bus Route number C23, that comes from Beach street  to Main street. Almost every day, a bus is more than 15 minutes late, consistently late, although the city busses used to come on time and they are providing the service every ten minutes.  However, some busses never stop at my bus stop. Therefore, it makes people frustrated and angry, especially people who are punctual about their work time. Meanwhile, many people are staying in the long waiting lane every morning.

Consequently, I would like you to take some effective actions to overcome this problem. Firstly, could you please increase the number of busses in the busy hours? The other change I suggest is that it would be much better if you talk  with your drivers to follow the schedule given by the company more careful.

I believed, these  changes will make the transport facilities better than, they are now.
